Welcome to The Cupcake Mini Club, a monthly mini skein subscription from Wooly Owl Fibers!

Why Cupcakes? Because when a skein of yarn is wound, it becomes a cake… and these tiny 20g skeins are our little Cupcakes! 🧁🧶

Each month, you'll receive a fresh batch of 8 hand-dyed 20g mini skeins inspired by a brand-new seasonal theme and color story. That's 160 grams of hand-dyed yarn in every box!

Choose your favorite scrappy project, pour yourself something cozy, and get ready for eight little Cupcakes to arrive at your door.

Dyeing techniques will range from solids, tonals, speckles, and semi-solids. However, each box will be different! :)

🍂 November's Theme: Thanksgiving at the Cottage

My very first Cupcake Box is inspired by a cozy Thanksgiving tucked away in the countryside — pies cooling by the window, cranberry preserves on the table, bundles of fresh sage, candlelight flickering in the kitchen, vintage dishes pulled from the cupboard, and all the warm, beautiful colors of late autumn.

Your box will include 8 coordinating surprise colorways designed to work beautifully together while still being lovely enough to use individually.

The exact colorways will remain a surprise until your Cupcakes arrive!

The Cupcake Counter is open October 1–14.

October 1–14 — Orders are accepted for the November Cupcake Box.

October 15–25 — Your Cupcakes head into the Wooly Owl Fibers dye kitchen! This is my production period for dyeing, drying, twisting, labeling, and preparing your minis.

October 26–31 — Shipping week! Cupcake Boxes will begin making their way to their new homes during the final week of October.

Depending on transit time, your November Cupcakes should begin arriving late October through early November.

A brand-new Cupcake Box opens for ordering on the 1st of every month and closes on the 10th.

Each month's box is inspired by the season ahead, so you'll receive colors you'll be ready to cast on with as soon as they arrive.
