Shipping Disclosure:

Once I have fulfilled your order and it has left my possession, Wooly Owl Fibers is not responsible for any missing and/or damaged packages. Each order will include a tracking number, if your order does get lost or damaged, please reach out to USPS for further instructions on opening a claim with them. Thank you for your corporation.

 

Do I get ALL the skeins in the photos?

No, each listing will include 1 skein of yarn, unless you purchase additional quantities.

 

Are Wooly Owl Fibers Yarns pre-order? 

All of my listings are READY-TO-SHIP and what's even better is every orders ships SAME DAY! 

*unless I specifically mention that a listing is a pre-order. Example: Advent calendars*

 

Will yarns look exactly like the photos?

Each skein is hand-dyed in my own kitchen by me. Every skein is very unique and some may vary in color, tones, speckles, etc. Please note that every dye/color used in the photos are represented in the skeins. In addition, coloring may appear different due to screen settings on your tablet, laptop, computer and/or phone. 

 

I received my order, how do I knit or crochet with it?

Each product will arrive to you in a skein. You will need to wind the skeins yourself with a swift and a ball winder or wound into balls manually :) 

 

I live in another country, can I still buy from Wooly Owl Fibers? 

Absolutely! Wooly Owl Fibers ships all around the world. 

 

Does Wooly Owl Fibers accept refunds?

At this time, no refunds are issued. Thank you for your understanding.

Notes:

When working with numerous skeins of hand-dyed yarns, it's important to alternate skeins throughout your project. Since each skein will vary, this will help to blend the skeins more evenly throughout your awesome project!
